Becky Bartlett as Claire Wilson
Character Description
Claire is a deeply resilient and self-sacrificing person, but she’s also burdened by years of suppressed frustration and unacknowledged sacrifices. Her sharpness and occasional bitterness mask a profound weariness and emotional vulnerability that come from carrying too much for too long. She has a strong sense of duty, especially toward family, which has led her to repeatedly put others’ needs ahead of her own, even at great personal cost. However, the weight of these sacrifices has left her feeling stuck, invisible, and resentful.
Scene Description
Claire has spent her entire adult life taking care of her free-spirit younger brother, bailing him out every time his new ventures fail. Tonight, she is over it and confronts him.

ActorIn scenes where you feel you should be angry as the emotion - use indifference. It's a much stronger choice and more interesting to watch that just being mad for 3 minutes.

ActressI believed the character. Your pacing was good, it had pauses in all the right places, I enjoyed watching it the whole way through and was never drawn out of the scene. Good eyelines, emotions and emphasis points. Very watchable!

ActorGood job! You always do a good job. I loved your breakdown on the last line. Nice hold after the line and button with the towel.

ActorGreat job Becky! I love how you were connected to your brother and had a strong emotional prep.
One thought - Emotionally, I think there's another level that you can reach. You've given the best years of your life - relationships, career - to an ungrateful brother. How does that REALLY make you feel. If you exploded on him, no one would blame you! It still feels a little sweet right now. I think there's some warranted rage in there that should come out!
Awesome work as always!

ActressAlways love your work - This one sorta of felt one note - just Angry the whole time . I understand it was kinda written that way but wouldn't have minded a few 'softer' angry moments. maybe a few comments under your breath or not looking at him.
Overall - solid performance!!
