Loved it! You were so cute…put a smile on my face!

Samantha was more frustrated in this tape than others I've seen. I appreciate the choice you made to make her less "cutesie" and give her an authentic frustration with the task.
I would've liked to see a little more tenderness towards the young child mixed with your emotions towards building the item.
I love your physical presence in the scene. The way you slapped yourself and yelled at Bob were big and genuine actions. Well done- keep it up.

Loved this Dazarae! I really got the mom vibe. Your emotional prep and pacing were great. Nice use of props. I could definitely see you in this role.

A couple of thoughts - you might position yourself on the left side of the frame instead of the right since you're main eyeline is on the right side. You were looking down at your prop a lot and we couldn't see your eyes. Consider raising the prop a little so we can still see your eyes.

Awesome work!

Dazarae,

A lot of good moments in this scene. I did see moments that seemed more geared for stage than film. One example is when you, without warning, yell out "screwdrivers," and there was no prior indication that you were missing them. A couple of moments like that, that seemed over the top, especially for film. I loved your reaction when the chair back fell over. You went with it beautifully. If it was planned, it seemed spontaneous. Great ending. Thank you for the work, and I look forward to seeing more.

Good job! I liked your delivery especially when your say "this is serious young one". Nice reaction and the way you kept going when the toy fell.

Dazarae,
Well done! That was so fun to watch. You had such natural delivery and reactions, especially when the back fell. I don't know if you planned it to fall or it just fell - but either way you handled it SO well! You had a great variety in energy and delivery! Thank you for putting the effort into it and really going for it with everything you did. Great job!

nice work! I could see you put a lot of planning into your "setting". a suggestion - try cutting your time with props in half. some of the time it took you to sort through the tool box (extra sounds from the "toolbox". make it quicker. careful spiking the mic when yelling for Bob off camera.. The use of props was fun but just a few too much busy work with them that almost took away from your performance. You tended to stay just off center. If the baby was on the other since of the camera from where you stood it would 'fill the frame' a little more evenly. again, just minor notes
