ActressHi Amanda: Thank you so much for sharing your time and talents with us. What a fun way to exercise those acting muscles, right?
The only thing I would like to suggest is your camera placement. Ideally, we'd like to see it positioned where the bottom of the screen is about mid-chest and then on top, only a very little space above your head. That allows us to see more of you and your great facial expressions, and less of your background (which is really good, by the way).
Keep up the good work and keep creating!!

ActressCareful on prop usage, You had an index card in your hand that maybe was to pretend to be your "phone". Holding it up in the frame can throw off a viewer. You can "cheat it by not holding it into view but do the motions lower so the viewer can't actually see what you are holding.. Also if you are "pretending to drink" don't forget to "pretend to swallow". I know it sounds funny but the camera picks up everything you do - OR don't do. Better yet, go ahead and put a little water or colored beverage in the cup so you can really follow through with the action without pretending.

FilmmakerI thought the best delivered line was the “Heart Hookups” one. It expressed her frustration with the whole online dating process really well…and had a subtle comedic vibe that landed.
The expressions at the beginning, while swiping profiles, were a bit extreme and didn’t look natural. The character portrayal seemed to have more vocal energy and excitement than I’d expect for someone at a bar and in a place of frustration.
