Becky Bartlett as Brinn Rainey
Character Description
To cope with the lingering trauma of her childhood, Brinn has embraced a self-destructive lifestyle, seeking escape in wild nights of partying and fleeting connections with strangers. Her default approach to men has always been seduction—a protective mechanism that shields her vulnerability but leaves her feeling hollow. As her carefully constructed facade begins to crumble, Brinn is forced to confront the painful truths she’s spent years avoiding. For the first time, she encounters a man who genuinely cares for her, yet she finds herself paralyzed, unsure how to respond.
Scene Description
Eric, Brinn's childhood best friend whom she hasn't seen for a little over a decade has invited her over for dinner to reconnect and reminisce. There is definitely attraction between the two.

ActressYour overall performance felt like a Disney princess. I liked your spatial awareness. It kept the scene lively and realistic to the setting. I felt like the performance was missing some grit. Maybe even some skepticism at the beginning (like she doesn't quite want to be there) till she tastes the pot roast. Then her face lights up, and her demeanor changes. And suddenly all her walls are down. Then the part where she takes out her lipstick would be even better. Loved that added bit! Great Job!

ActorFantastic job as always Becky!

ActressThis was a really good take! I loved the added personality quirks and the way you followed him out of the room and applied lipstick, nice touch. Not that I have any real criticism (because you nailed it) except that I almost felt like this was someone you were casually acquainted with more than someone you'd known forever ago and were totally comfortable with. Honestly, though, great job!

ActorGood job! Your waist shot frame was spot on. Nice button of touching up your lipstick at 2:03. Here is the picky stuff. Try holding the bowl tilted toward you covering your mouth. This will prevent you from having to eat for many takes. Same action just no eating each time. I am not sure if there was a filter on the camera. Your appear a bit washed out. Don't get me wrong you do not look bad. Some of the micro expressions get lost. I prefer glasses with no logos or writing. Sometimes it is important to the plot. If it is not I don't want the viewer spending time on trying to read the glass.

ActorAwesome job Becky! Loved the connection and warmth between you two. Loved the subtle head tilt after "thanks for going to all this trouble." I could definitely tell the what the relationship was. Technical stuff was great.
No suggestions - just super work!

ActorSolid connection to your reader and the dialogue and natural responses made me felt part of the scene. Loved the extra prop touches, checking your lipstick and how you closed the scene. Very talented and I enjoy your work Becky. Hope to work with you on set one day.
