ActorGood job! Here are my notes. Sound was low. Lighting was good. Be careful with wardrobe. Shirt is close to the background. Nice use of the jacket to set it apart. To much blank space above your head. Zoom in and tilt down. It is OK to have your head bumping the top of the frame. One last thing. When you deliver your lines, you had a fast blink rate. Try to deliver by staring your boss down with conviction.

ActressI've seen several of your tapes and this one seemed to have audio issues. It was very low and can barely hear your reader (at first I thought you didn't have one) Also, try tightening your framing a little bit to get rid of all the head space above you. This will help viewers see your eyes closer and connect better with what you are bringing to each role. Just a personal opinion (having been a casting director) try wearing a color that helps you stand out. The blouse under the blazer is the same color as your background and with you being blonde you tend to blend in with your backdrop.
