Character Description
Kate is married to Eddie, an astronaut training to be the first man to walk on mars. They have one young daughter in elementary school. She is torn between her support of her husband as he trains to be a part of history and the wear it is taking on their family.

Scene Description
Late at night conversation between Kate and her astronaut husband after watching a movie with their daughter in the backyard. Her husband is training to be the first man to walk on Mars and she has reservations about him going.
